PHASE 1
We work the way you want to work – from fully detailed DWGs to initial concept sketches. If you require technical support, our in-house team will translate your vision into buildable, fully engineered plans that respect the architecture.
PHASE 2
We produce a comprehensive order specification for every project. Each dimension, hinge, handle, and appliance is mapped out for your final sign-off, ensuring total visual and technical accuracy. We only begin production once we have the detail finalised and room surveyed.
PHASE 3
Once your project moves to our factory floor, our skilled craftsmen & women take over – blending time-served joinery with modern engineering where we work to a standard 12-week manufacturing lead time.
PHASE 4
We coordinate directly with your site manager or main contractor. Our own team delivers the cabinetry direct to the property – handling the logistics and placing the units exactly where they are needed. Andrew Ryan furniture arrives assembled ready for whichever installation team has been agreed upon.
We offer a wide range of services, allowing our architect-partners to engage us for specific manufacturing needs or to commission our complete suite of services for their client projects.
Our in-house design team can collaborate at the earliest stages of a project – from developing initial floor plans to advising on space utilisation. We work alongside you to create a full design concept that maximises the potential of every room.
Our technical designers produce accurate CAD plans and M&E drawings for site use. To assist with client presentations we also provide a CGI render service – a powerful tool that allows your clients to fully appreciate and understand the design before production begins.
For complex projects involving one-off details – such as custom finishes, hidden doors, or a James Bond-style television system – we offer a dedicated prototyping service. We will often build and test these unique elements alongside the architect or designer to ensure perfect function and client approval.
Our fully equipped manufacturing facility in Gorey, Wexford, combines time-served craftsmanship with the latest in modern technology. We do not ‘buy-in’ cabinetry; every piece is made from scratch by our team, giving us complete control over quality, timing and finish.
