We are incredibly fussy about our raw materials, sourcing only high-grade timber, premium sheet materials and solid hardware. We select only the highest quality components, and all our paint finishes are formulated specifically for furniture to withstand the rigours of daily use.
We believe in using technology where it matters. Our CNC machines ensure every cut and drill-hole is accurate to the millimetre – yet we never use them to mass-produce standard units. Every single component is custom-machined specifically for each client’s project.
This is the heart of our factory. Our joiners take those precision-engineered parts and expertly assemble them into finished cabinetry. Every door, frame, and drawer is constructed by hand – this is traditional bench joinery at its finest.
We use calibrated sanders for the heavy work, but the final pass always requires a craftsman’s touch. For us, high-tech machinery and traditional hand-finishing work side by side – preparing every surface so that once it enters our specialist spray booths, the final finish is both flawless and resilient for a living environment.
Our cabinet makers assemble and check every part of your furniture prior to delivery. We test drawer runners and check alignments, ensuring that when the cabinetry arrives on-site, it is perfectly prepared for the installation team to complete the final fit and finishing touches.
