The Brief

A central London apartment for a high-profile client who didn’t want to follow trends. She wanted a personal palace. The vibe was simple: Luxury Yacht. She wanted glamour, gold, and absolutely no beige.

Liquid Gold

The centrepiece is an island wrapped in backlit Onyx. When the lights go down, the stone glows with a warm, amber fire. Subtlety was not on the menu.

The Details

To match the stone, we developed a custom “Mirror Finish” paint. This isn’t standard gloss; it’s an exhaustive process of painting, buffing, and polishing until you can see your reflection. We added gold trim detailing and brown leather panels because, well, why not?

The Bar

Why go out when you can have a bar like this? The client wanted a world-class night out without the leaving the residence. We leaned into Art Deco glamour with a backlit Green Agate bar – a glowing piece of living art where the light highlights every crystal formation. Bold, dramatic, and outrageously opulent, this is a space that demands you sit down and stay a while.

The Dressing Room

Designed as a private boutique, this room serves as a sanctuary for a serious fashion collection. To achieve this unapologetic glamour, we developed a custom ‘Mirror Finish’ – an exhaustive process of buffing and polishing that creates a deep, reflective surface. High-gloss cabinetry is paired with gold backings and leather panels to infuse the space with an immersive glow, ensuring high-capacity storage feels like a five-star hotel.

The Finished Project

This project is fearless. It combines backlit stone, high-gloss lacquer, and exotic leathers to create a home that is a serious statement of intent.
